At Rubberflex Sdn. Bhd., we won the Export Excellence Award in the past, granted to us by the Council of the National Award for Industrial Excellence, for our commitment and innovation in the industrial sector. Since then, our export percentage been in excess of 98%, in spite of our having doubled our production in the years after that early award.
In 2003, we were granted the ISO 2001, which is the international benchmark standard for "quality management". This is what we do to enhance our customer satisfaction, by meeting both their requirements, and those of the industry, of the government and of other national and local bodies and we seek constant improvement of our performance in this regard.
